Ali Kalarestaghi

Ali Kalarestaghi is an attorney who practices primarily in real estate law, commercial transactions and litigation. Ali represents commercial and residential landlords, land owners, business owners, medical professionals, and a variety of other clients before administrative and judicial bodies. Ali has represented clients in matters in the District Court, Circuit Court, and the Court of Special Appeals.Ali received a B.A. from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD in the field of Criminology and Criminal Justice. He also holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He opened this practice in 2007.

Jaime Cheret

Jaime Cheret has many years of experience as a Family Law Attorney, working on cases involving divorce, child custody, alimony, property division, estate planning, wills, and all related matters. After receiving her B.A. from University of Maryland, College Park, and J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law, Baltimore, she earned a Top 10 Under 40 designation from the National Association of Family Law Attorneys. 

Bradley Shepherd

Bradley Shepherd is most experienced as a Criminal Defense Attorney, though he has also assisted with Personal Injury, Family Law, and Estate Planning matters. Bradley received a B.A. from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has successfully represented in Baltimore City, as well as Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Washington, Wimico, and Worcester Counties.

Duane Demers

Duane Demers has been called “an attorney’s attorney.”  As a civil litigator, he is thorough, meticulous, and researches the law and prior cases to make sure that each client has the greatest potential outcome.  Having gone against large firms and governmental agencies, Duane puts a passion and a level of interest into each case that levels the playing field for clients or tips the balance in their favor.  Duane is an advocate in the truest sense of the word and does so in a way that money can’t buy.
