1) Reach out! Refer to the Contact form on the home page or call us at 410-747-4529. Provide us with some details about your needs, so that we can get started!

2) Next, fill out the Property Transfer Information Form.

3) Provide the proper payment for this service at the payment link below.

4) Wait for us to draft your deed in the next 3-5 business days after your information and payment has been provided!

5) Receive confirmation from us that your property transfer is complete, as well as your newly updated deed!

WARNING AND DISCLAIMER: In an effort to keep fees relatively affordable and reasonable, we intentionally do not overnight documents, courier them, or forward them to processors.  Additionally, our office has not budgeted for or factored in updates.  Our office will reach out to you when the deed has been recorded, when we need information, or when the deed has been rejected for any reason and we need action or information from you.   Requests for updates will be responded with a reminder of this policy.  There are inherent delays in this process.  If you wish to do everything possible to expedite your deed, please notify us and we will provide a separate fee agreement outlining the structure of that billing.  If you elect not to proceed in that manner and elect to proceed with this more cost effective option, we cannot give you a promise as to timing.  Recording deeds can take several months.  We appreciate your understanding and patience and look forward to assisting you!
